Cooking Instructions

Calzones

Our calzones are made fresh and are ready to serve. If you’re like us, you love them hot. Simply heat up in a 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes .

If you want to freeze them , no problem. Just wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and freeze until ready.

To heat up frozen calzones, defrost on the counter for at least 4 hours, overnight in the refrigerator. Follow the above heating instructions.

Pasta

Our pasta is made and kept fresh. If you can’t eat it on the same day no problem. Just keep it in the refrigerator (up to a week) or in the freezer until you’re ready to consume. If you do cook the pasta from frozen, do not defrost first, since it will make the pasta “mushy”

To cook, place in a pot of boiling water that has been LIBERALLY salted. Separate the pasta as much as you can while placing in the pot. Don’t go too far, because the pasta will be ready in 2-3 minutes.

Sauces

All of our sauces are ready to serve. We use glass containers, which “keep” very well in the refrigerator (for a week), and in the freezer (for up to a month).
